Introduction  

This toolkit, presents a selection of KS processes that can improve your everyday work experience with peers and partners.

These processes are at the heart of KS, whose purpose is to encourage open and inclusive sharing of expertise and experiences among staff members and partners to support learning and change, while improving the effectiveness and impact of our work.

Short descriptions of each KS process are cited from the most relevant sources. You will also find links and references to additional information as well as photos and stories of experiences in the use of these tools. Finally, you will find a list of people who have used these tools and are willing to share their experiences with you.

You are also invited to contribute and enrich the different sections of the toolbox with your own references, photos, stories, or contacts.
